All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate  refunds under any circumstances. We however accept exchanges for defective goods and size change. For bridal gowns, our suppliers are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and/ or any other specifications before submitting your order. The submission of an order acknowledges your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

We stock brides maids dresses, wedding gowns and accessories that are beautiful and versatile . One can place an order from our selection of samples.

When to Order
We recommend placing your order as far in advance of your wedding as possible. By doing so, you allow ample time for  shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame  for any necessary alterations. 

Please take in account time needed for any travel.

Our suppliers reserve the right to change their delivery time frames at any time and without advance notice.

Our prices are inclusive of taxes.

Estimated Delivery
The estimated delivery given in the order confirmation indicates the time frame the vendor will ship the order to our location. The time frame is an estimate only provided by the vendor. Due to specific cutting dates of their styles, our suppliers do not guarantee their delivery dates. Delivery dates are tentative and subject to change. Most often, orders arrive on or before their approximate delivery date. On occasion, there may be a slight delay in production, which affects the order’s delivery to Fikira Company. Please be assured we take every measure to ensure orders are delivered in the timeliest manner.

NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS. 
a) If customers do not collect their goods within 2 months of the wedding date then the contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will not be refunded.
Gowns will be put into the shops stock to be re-sold.


No-Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. We cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds.

However, Fikira Company will issue a refund if the product ordered is not available in the given time frame and if stock is not available. Refunds take approximately 30 business days for processing.

Completion of Order Form
It is imperative that the order form is completed in full. To omit anything from the order will result in a delay and could compromise a timely arrival. Please check your order before submitting

Payment

A 100% deposit is required for bridal gown orders to commence.  We only accept debit and credit cards and Mpesa as the modes for payment. The percentage of deposit payable may vary at Fikira Company's discretion. 

Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for certain order specifications including, but not limited to, plus sizes, extra length, and Hollow to Hem measurements. Availability and charges for these specifications will vary between our suppliers and will display with each product. These charges are to be paid by the customer.

Selecting a Size
Our suppliers provide their own size chart, which reflects the specific measurements they use to determine their sizes. The vendor’s size chart will be displayed with each product and viewable on Size Chart. It is important to follow the vendor’s size chart for the product to choose the size to order.

Please note measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and the garment will not be custom-made to exact measurements. Almost all apparel will need some type of alteration.

The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order extra or custom length. Fikira Company will assist with the measurements.

Available Colors
Colors displayed on our website may vary from the actual fabric color. We recommend Visiting us to see the actual colors on the sample dresses.
Please indicate the color you wish to order exactly as it is posted onsite. Many dresses are available in two-tone combinations and with trims. The customer is responsible for the color ordered.


Fabric Content
Most fabrics are a Polyester-blend. Therefore, fabric content labels will most times show the content as 100% Polyester. The addition of Polyester provides advantages such as durability and wrinkle reduction.

General
Fikira Company reserves the right to add, modify, or omit any information on our site at anytime without notification. All online orders are subject to approval.

Please remember all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Under no circumstances can Fikira Company accommodate any exchanges or refunds. The customer is responsible for the size, color, and any other specifications of their order.
