- Where is your physical store located?
We are located at Kenrail towers, Mezzanine 2, North wing, Westlands.
2. Is fitting by appointment only?
We accept walk-ins Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. It is however advisable to call first to avoid overlap in appointments. Please call or text us on 0796567411.
3. What sizes do you stock?
We stock standard sizes up-to UK26. If the size needed is out of stock. Please factor in a three week lead time for delivery. Please contact us for special orders.
4. How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Shipping takes 3 to 4 weeks for brides maids dresses and 3 weeks to 12 weeks for wedding dresses.
5. How often do you have new collections?
Please sign up to our mailing list to get notified when new styles come in.
6. Do you custom make gowns?
No. We stock ready made gowns. We offer alteration as an additional service.
